Inside Sales Support


Business Hours:  8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

 Somers Environmental Products is a manufacturer’s sales agency located in London ON for commercial and industrial heating and ventilation products which has been in business for over 25 years.  We strive to exceed the expectations of our customers and manufacturers, by taking a hands-on approach to support each product line, building and maintaining strong relationships with engineers, contractors and end users.

 As a core member of the Inside Support Team, you will be expected to assist senior sales staff and be provided the tools necessary to be successful in your position.  Opportunities to advance within the company are attainable for those who are motivated to learn and develop a strong understanding of Somers Environmental’s business practices.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Communicate with engineers, suppliers, customers, and colleagues

·         Review project specifications and plans with attention to detail

·         Utilize pricing programs and selection software to estimate project costs

·         Complete project documentation

·         Order and coordinate material according to timeline

·         Follow all processes and procedures with attention to detail

Candidate Requirements:

·         Personable with strong verbal/written communication skills

·         Proficient with numbers and bills of material

·         Ability to use Microsoft Office and Windows OS efficiently

·         Excellent organization and time management skills

·         Post-Secondary education

·         Valid Passport and Driver’s License

Desirable Assets:

·         Experience in the construction industry

·         Ability to read/work with blueprints

·         Familiarity with AutoCAD

·         Experience in a customer service role
